Former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) and current Special Assignments Ambassador at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Karen Mirzoyan has resigned.

Earlier, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Zohrab Mnatsakanyan had resigned. Before the news about his resignation was reported, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia had reported that in no stage had the issue of handing Shushi over to Azerbaijan been considered, in essence, accusing Nikol Pashinyan of lying. Pashinyan immediately responded by declaring that he will dismiss Zohrab Mnatsakanyan from office.
