Minister of State of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Grigory Martirosyan has reported the following:

“Information for citizens of Artsakh

The operational headquarters of Artsakh continues to work to coordinate the problems with the return of civilians to their homes, provide them with first necessity items and food, and provide living conditions for those who lost their homes during the war, as well as restore infrastructures.

The Ministry of Territorial Administration and Development is involved in providing solutions to the issues related to record-registration of houses and apartments and current issues and will make a statement in which it will provide details to the public.

The municipality of Stepanakert and the administrations of regions provide food as support.

The Ministry of Labor, Social and Housing will provide clothes (including warm clothes), as well as blankets and covers.

Citizens can contact the Ministry of Urban Development with questions about recovery after the devastations caused by the war, including the replacement of broken glasses and support to obtain tin plates and other construction materials.”
