Advocate Mihran Poghosyan posted the following on his Facebook page:

“Report on crime preparation

To the Prosecutor General of Armenia

Director of the National Security Service of Armenia

Dear sirs,

On November 16, 2020, member of the My Step faction of the National Assembly of Armenia, who is ex-officio the chairperson of the committee “leading a probe into the circumstances of the Four-Day Artsakh War” in the National Assembly (or other place, but unequivocally in the city of Yerevan), has declared that he is preparing to make public a state, military and official secret that has become ex-officio known to him. I ask you to examine the video attached to this report and launch a criminal case.

P.S. I hope the subject of this crime has not managed to accomplish his criminal goal before the war began…”
