The Prosecutor General’s Office of Armenia reports that the decision of the court to reject the motion to select arrest as a pre-trial measure against leader of Homeland Party Artur Vanetsyan fundamentally opposes the arguments substantiated in the case materials and the position of the Prosecutor General’s Office, as the Public Relations Department of the Prosecutor General’s Office reported to Armenian News-NEWS.am.

The Public Relations Department also noted that it will prepare to appeal the court decision.
