By the decision of the President—and based on the Prime Minister’s proposal in accordance with the Constitution, Hayk Babayan has been appointed as Commander of the Police Troops and Deputy Chief of Police of Armenia.
Babayan will replace Gurgen Dallakyan who, by another presidential decision, has been relieved of his posts as Commander of the Police Troops and Acting Deputy Chief of Police.
