Armenia can cover the expenses of Armenians from Artsakh this year. This is what Minister of Finance of Armenia Atom Janjughazyan said in response to deputies’ questions during today’s discussion on the draft of the 2021 State Budget.

According to him, if a need emerges for the implementation of additional measures in 2021 and the government’s resources are insufficient, the government will send a relevant proposal to the parliament for consideration.

Moreover, he stated that even though there is much uncertainty, this will only have an impact on the 2020 State Budget and won’t have a big impact on the budget for next year.
