Through joint fact-finding efforts in Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) the Human Rights Defenders of Armenia and Artsakh have recorded additional proofs of the Azerbaijani army’s gross violations of the rights of peaceful civilians (ethnic Armenians) to life, health, property and other rights, as well as crimes against humanity and war crimes.

Baroness Caroline Cox was also present during implementation of the fact-finding efforts and was escorted by foreign reporters and experts in Artsakh.
