The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation reports that over 2,600 refugees have returned to Stepanakert since November 14.
“On November 18, 2020, another 936 refugees returned to Nagorno-Karabakh from Armenia. Since November 14, over 2,600 residents who had previously left their homes have returned to Stepanakert,” the ministry’s press release reads.
It is also stated that Russian servicemen ensured safety of the buses transporting the refugees along the line of contact.
