President of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Arayik Haroutyunyan today convened an enlarged working consultation devoted to social support programs for the population and the restoration of infrastructures in the created situation.

The head of state stated that the infrastructures in the capital city and the regions need to be restored as soon as possible and that efforts need to be made to restore the normal life of residents and provide them with necessary items.

Touching upon the housing issues of homeless citizens, Haroutyunyan stated that the problems with their living conditions in Armenia must be solved with Armenia’s authorized state bodies.
