Representative of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation Vladimir Solovich led negotiations with Commander of the Civil Defense Forces of Azerbaijan Ilham Abdullayev, TASS reports.

During the meeting, the parties discussed issues related to humanitarian welfare in Nagorno-Karabakh (restoration of power transmission lines, communication and the natural gas pipeline) and exchanged contacts to continue cooperation.

Earlier, the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations had hosted a similar meeting with the Armenian party.
