It is important to jointly provide help to people trapped in the war zone in Nagorno-Karabakh, Russian President Vladimir Putin noted at the CSTO summit.
According to him, people should provide help in solving humanitarian issues on return of refugees, on the restoration of the destroyed infrastructure and on the protection of monuments of history, religion and culture.
