Russian health minister Mikhail Murashko proposed to restrict movement between regions of Russia, and within them, TASS reported.
According to the minister, such a measure must be considered amid the pandemic issues.
He added that the second wave shows us that emerging hotbeds within the country probably require consideration of a certain restriction on the movement of individuals, including between the subjects, and sometimes also within the subjects.
