The Russian side will facilitate the exchange of prisoners via its peacekeepers in Karabakh, Russian FM Sergei Lavrov told his Armenian counterpart Ara Ayvazyan.
“The exchange of prisoners is the most important issue," he added. "We know how sensitive this is for the relatives, friends, and relatives of those who were captured."
