Human rights activist Artak Zeynalyan has issued a statement stating that the European Court of Human Rights has requested from the Government of Azerbaijan documented information about the capture of another 23 Armenian prisoners of war, their location, the condition for keeping them and medical services provided to them and has decided to apply an urgent measure in regard to those 23 POWs.
