Today a group of sappers of the State Service for Emergency Situations of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) detected bombs fired from the Smerch multiple rocket launcher in the city of Martakert. They will be destroyed in a little while. The State Service for Emergency Situations asks citizens to not panic in case they hear the sound of an explosion and asks citizens to contact the 911 alarm center of the Martakert Regional Department of the State Service for Emergency Situations for clarification.
