The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) plans to expand the number of its contingent in Nagorno-Karabakh, press secretary of the ICRC mission in Nagorno-Karabakh Eteri Musaelyan told RIA Novosti.
She noted that the ICRC has already responded to many pressing humanitarian needs in the region by providing construction materials to rebuild damaged houses and distributing food, heaters and hygiene kits to people.
