Armenia has revised the first social support program for the Armenians of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh).
If a child’s application has been rejected due to absence of registration, the beneficiary parent of the program can approach any passport department in not only Artsakh, but also Armenia and register the child at the registered address.
