The heads of the villages of Hin Tagher and Khtsaberd of the Hadrut region confirmed that 10 people were captured from the Armenian side, RFE/RL's Armenian service reported.
On December 12, the Azerbaijani armed forces, violating the provisions of the trilateral statement, launched an offensive in the direction of these villages, which then came under the control of Azerbaijan. Six people were injured from the Armenian side. There are wounded and killed on the Azerbaijani side.
