The Court of Appeal of Armenia has just lifted the arrest selected for Mikayel Minasyan, Armenia’s former Ambassador to the Holy See; lawyer Mihran Poghosyan wrote about this on Facebook.

"In this political-criminal case that has been prolonging for about a year and a half, the person holding the post of the Prime Minister of Armenia [i.e., Nikol Pashinyan] is failing for the fourth time already on the road to achieving his desired goal," Poghosyan added in particular.
