Russian President Vladimir Putin has sent a congratulatory message to the second President of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan, on the occasion of the New Year and Christmas holidays; Kocharyan's office informed this in a statement.
"Warmly congratulating the second President of Armenia, Putin wished Kocharyan and his family good health and peace," the statement also reads.
