The Commune [municipality] of Borgosesia in the Italian Province of Vercelli has recognized the independence of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh), the embassy of Armenia in Italy informed on Facebook.
“Thank you, Commune of Borgosesia, for the solidarity with the Armenian people and the defense of universal values,” the embassy added.
