On the initiative of Alexander Bortnikov, Director of the Federal Security Service of Russia, a trilateral meeting was held in Moscow with the directors of the National Security Service of Armenia and the State Security Service of Azerbaijan.
A number of necessary issues, including the exchange of POWs and the search for the missing, were discussed during the talk.
As a result of the meeting, agreements were reached on the implementation of activities in various directions.
