Large countries are still responsible for peace in Karabakh achieved due to Russian president Vladimir Putin, his spokesperson Dmitry Peskov told Russian journalist Vladimir Solovyov.

“We are not immune from the avalanche-like destabilization of the situation in different regions of the world,” he noted.

According to a Kremlin spokesman, a large-scale war is ruled out as long as there is nuclear parity in the world, TASS reported.
