More than 48,000 people have returned to Karabakh after the ceasefire, an exchange of prisoners and bodies of the dead was made, Russian President Vladimir Putin noted at the trilateral talks with the participation of the leaders of Armenia and Azerbaijan.
"We are doing a lot for the safe return of internally displaced persons and refugees. Since November 14, over 48,000 people have already returned to Karabakh," he added.
