The Russian peacekeepers have accompanied another convoy of refugees who have returned to their homes in Nagorno-Karabakh [(Artsakh)] from Armenia, the Russian Defense Ministry informed in a statement.
"Buses have transported 235 [more] refugees from Yerevan to Stepanakert. A total of 48,694 refugees have returned," the statement also said.
A 24-hour monitoring of the ceasefire and the situation is conducted at 23 observation posts.
