A few days after the start of the war, the second president of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan, went to Karabakh to try to be as useful as possible, but the authorities ignored him.
According to Levon Kocharyan, the son of the Armenian and Karabakh ex-president , "the President of Karabakh did not even consider it necessary to meet with my father and hold discussions."
"I have witnessed how people - who stood at the origins of our victories since the 1990s - have been ignored," he added.
