By the order of the Minister of Defense of Armenia, Varazdat Dalibaltayan has been appointed Advisor to the Minister of Defense.

Dalibaltayan graduated from the Polytechnic Institute of Krasnoyarsk, after which he served in the national security system of Armenia from 1982 to 2018. He has served at the CIS Anti-Terrorism Center and completed combat assignments in Armenia’s border regions.

He has also received the 1st degree Order of the Combat Cross of Armenia.
