US President Joe Biden’s administration will work closely with Israel on regional security issues and the development of agreements on normalization in the region, White House National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan told his Israeli counterpart, Reuters reported.
“They discussed the possibilities of expanding partnership in the coming months, including work on Israel’s success in normalization agreements with the UAE, Bahrain, Sudan and Morocco,” the statement read in response to Sullivan’s phone call.
Sullivan also suggested launching strategic dialogue in the near future, the statement read.
