During the second day of his working visit to Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh), Zareh Sinanyan, the High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs of Armenia, met with Mane Tandilyan, Minister of Labor, Social and Migration Affairs of Artsakh.
Sinanyan highlighted the Armenian diaspora’s physical connection with Artsakh, its visits there, the programs of development and transfer of abilities, skills, and knowledge.
Tandilyan, in turn, noted that Artsakh can get to its feet quickly also in case of increasing the social and economic involvement of the Armenian diaspora by establishing social enterprises and small businesses, which will make Artsakh self-sufficient.
Agreements were reached to continue their close work and present to the Armenian diaspora the main domains of engagement in Artsakh.
