The Azerbaijani side handed over the dead body of one serviceman to the Armenian side. Hunan Tadevosyan, head of the information and public relations department of the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) State Service for Emergency Situations, informed Armenian News-NEWS.am about this on Tuesday morning.
"The Azerbaijani side transferred one body in Mataghis [village]. His identity became known from his driver's license. He is Ashot [son of] Levon Khachatryan, born in 1993; he participated in the [recent Artsakh] war as a reserve soldier. The bodies of the other three servicemen were found during search operations in [the] Jabrayil [region]," Tadevosyan said.
On Tuesday, two teams are carrying out search operations in the Hadrut region.
According to Tadevosyan, a total of 1,287 bodies have been retrieved so far.
