As a result of search operations on Friday, rescue squads from the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) State Service for Emergency Situations found and retrieved the bodies of 15 more fallen servicemen, the Service reports.

The body of one soldier killed during the recent hostilities was found in the Martuni region, and the bodies of 13 other soldiers—in the Jrakan (Jabrayil) region.

And the body of one fallen soldier was handed over by the Azerbaijani side to the Armenian side in Yegnikner (Mount Areg).

A forensic medical examination has been ordered to identify these bodies.

As of Friday, a total of 1,344 bodies have been retrieved during these search operations.

On Saturday, the search and rescue teams will work in the Hadrut region and Syunik Province of Armenia.
