Former Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) defense minister and ex-commander of Artsakh Defense Army Jalal Harutyunyan has been recognized as an injured party and interviewed as such in a criminal case being investigated by the Investigative Committee of Armenia. Committee spokeswoman Rima Yeganyan informed about this on Facebook.

"As for the claim that Azerbaijan could not have known about his movement on its own, the injured party did not provide such information to the body conducting the proceedings during the questioning," Yeganyan added.
