The German government has urged the European Union for a dialogue with Russia.
The Minister for European Affairs at the German MFA Michael Roth believes that the European Union should conduct a dialogue with Russia, despite all the differences, he wrote.
He added that the European Union is strategically interested in developing a dialogue with Moscow.
