STEPANAKERT. – The joint meeting of the Standing Committees on Production and Production Infrastructure and on Financial-Budgetary and Economic Management took place Saturday in the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) National Assembly (NA), the latter’s press and public relations department reported.

Government members, led by the Minister of State-Finance Grigori Martirosyan, as well as officials from Artsakhenergo and Artsakhgaz companies were also invited to this meeting.

The topic of discussion was the program to assist the reimbursement for the public utility expenses of the Artsakh residents, and according to Martirosyan, the draft state budget for 2021 envisages a subsidy of 12 billion drams to this end.

The matter will be further discussed after the presentation of the results of the respective study by the relevant authorities.
