The second president of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan, reflected on the similarities between the actions of Russian opposition blogger Alexei Navalny and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.

"There is a lot in common: both the lack of experience and impudence, and, by the way, the talent to manipulate people; it is really a talent. They are people who are able to create chaos and feel quite comfortable in that situation," Kocharyan said in an interview with Sputnik.

The second president of Armenia believes that the emergence of such people is an anti-systemic trend, which is nourished by the decentralization of information through the Internet and social media. "All this contradicts the state thinking and, in general, the ideas of the state-creating foundation," Robert Kocharyan added in particular.
