Armenian authorities were exclusively focused on fooling their own people during the war, second President of Armenia Robert Kocharyan told Sputnik.

"Azerbaijan was preparing for this war, preparing for a long time. We saw active information pressure on Armenia during the week before the start of the war. He also spoke about the steps taken by the Armenian authorities in connection with the mobilization. The second president of Armenia recalled that he mobilized and declared martial law in 1992, during the first war in Karabakh.
