Iran's spiritual leader, Ayatollah Ali Sayed Khamenei, said that Iran will fully return to its obligations under the Iranian deal only after the United States lifts all sanctions on Tehran in a practical and controlled manner, Tasnim reported.

Ayatollah Khamenei made it clear to the United States and the three European parties to the 2015 nuclear deal that Iran's return to its Iranian deal obligations would be contingent on the complete and practical lifting of US sanctions.

He added that later Iran would check whether the sanctions were lifted correctly or not.

The US and the three European parties to the nuclear deal have no right to put conditions on Iran, he added.
