The Russian military has helped Azerbaijan deliver 150 tons of humanitarian aid to Nagorno-Karabakh [(Artsakh)], Russia-24 television reported.

The convoy of 20 trucks and five accompanying vehicles transported construction materials to the Kelbajar region where electricity and water supply to social facilities and residential buildings are being restored.

As a result of the ceasefire statement, these territories have now come under the control of Azerbaijan.

The Russian Defense Ministry recalled that Russian peacekeepers are providing assistance within the framework of a trilateral agreement between Russia, Armenia, and Azerbaijan.
