President of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Arayik Harutyunyan today chaired the enlarged session of the Security Council, as reported the Staff of the President of Artsakh.
The post-war realities (starting from the ensuring of security of Artsakh and ending with the problems of the regions that are out of the control of the authorities of Artsakh and residents of those regions) were on the agenda.
Secretary of the Security Council Vitaly Balasanyan, Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructures Hayk Khanumyan and Minister of Urban Development Aram Sargsyan delivered reports based on which the Security Council will hold discussions and address the government and legislature with recommendations.
President Harutyunyan informed that, from now on, the Security Council will hold sessions more frequently in accordance with a previously announced agenda, and in case of urgent issues — upon necessity.
