Chief of Staff of the President of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Artak Beglaryan today convened the first session of the Council for Coordination of the Activities for Solutions to Legal Issues Conditioned by the War that was set up under the February 4 presidential order.

The provision of a status for persons who participated in the hostilities, as well as the issues related to communities which are no longer under the control of Artsakh due to the war, the problems with the use of abandoned homes and the legal solutions to those problems were on the agenda.

There were speeches by the justice minister and the minister of territorial administration and infrastructures and a discussion. Beglaryan stated that, under the presidential decree, it is necessary to identify the main issues and approve the list of actions for providing solutions within a one-month period.
