Turkish authorities have detained at least 39 people following an investigation launched into 1,264 social media users, Anadolu reported.
The detainees are suspected of spreading propaganda by 'terrorist organization' groups, according to the Turkish authorities.
Turkey is investigating 575 social media accounts.
