The state fully covers the costs of treating soldiers wounded during the war in Karabakh, Armenian health minister Anahit Avanesyan said in a parliament.
According to her, soldiers undergo both inpatient and outpatient treatment at the expense of the state.
"A regulation of procedures has been established for the wounded, whose treatment must be continued abroad," she said.
She added that the commission is discussing now 12 applications.
