Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) President Arayik Harutyunyan on Thursday received a group of relatives of the missing.

The President presented the search activities for these missing, their results and challenges, at the same time listening to the respective remarks by and concerns of the relatives of these missing persons.

Harutyunyan noted that the ongoing search operations were multifaceted, and both the Armenian and Russian sides, as well as the International Committee of the Red Cross and the Azerbaijani side were involved in them.

Part of the process, of course, is not public, but according to the President, everything is being done and will be done to find out the fate of the missing servicemen and civilians, and to have the captives returned.

"The work on the return of the captives will continue until the return of the last captive, regardless of all the existing difficulties," said Arayik Harutyunyan.
