Nearly 110,000 citizens have returned to Artsakh, Artak Beglaryan, Chief of Staff of the Artsakh President said on Monday.
According to him, the overwhelming majority of those remaining in Armenia are displaced persons.
10,000 of those who returned to Artsakh are accommodated in hotels or rent apartments for help from the state, or they are provided with houses from free housing stock in villages.
