The regional administration of Syunik Province of Armenia posted the following on its Facebook page:

“On February 13, random gunshots were fired into the air by the Azerbaijani side and heard adjacent to the Agarak village (Kapan community) of Syunik Province. The fact was recorded by Armenian and Russian border guards, and the commands of the border guards conducted monitoring for a few hours, recorded the incident, after which another foothold of Russian border guards was added in the given sector in which Russian border guards are serving on-duty round-the-clock.”
