Armenian human rights chief Arman Tatoyan appealed to the UN Human Rights Council as the Azerbaijani authorities delay the return of captured Armenians.
According to Tatoyan, the Azerbaijani authorities abuse legal procedures and politicize the issue of returning prisoners.
"Thus, they cause our society and the families of prisoners mental suffering, playing with feelings and deliberately creating tension," he noted.
