The immediate neighborhood of civilians and the Azerbaijani military is unacceptable, the Armenian Ombudsman office told NEWS.am.

"In this process, it is also necessary to take as a basis a number of fundamental factors, including the need to guarantee the rights of border residents and open threats of war, the policy of Armenophobia, which is carried out at the state level towards Armenians. This also means that, from the point of view of the rights of civilians, the presence of the Azerbaijani military in the immediate vicinity of them is unacceptable," the statement noted.
