The trial hearing in the case of the second president of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan, and other high-ranking officials is discussing the petition of CSTO ex-Secretary General Yuri Khachaturov's lawyer, Mihran Poghosyan.

The lawyer asked the court to hold the session behind closed doors since he intends to submit a motion, and it concerns the health of his client.

During the last meeting, Mihran Poghosyan presented a motion to cancel the preventive measure against his client. Judge Anna Danibekyan rejected the petition.
