President of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Arayik Harutyunyan today convened an enlarged session of the Security Council.
The participants of the session discussed the activities in Artsakh and particularly touched upon the problems facing citizens who have been left homeless and the solutions to those problems.
Harutyunyan gave several assignments to solve the issues that were discussed during the session.
