Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov held phone talks on Wednesday with his Azerbaijani counterpart Jeyhun Bayramov.
The sides discussed the implementation of the agreements reached on January 11 by the leaders of Russia, Azerbaijan, and Armenia on Nagorno-Karabakh.
The two also touched upon a number of topical issues on the bilateral and international agenda, the Russian MFA said in a statement.
